Few major sectors that we are serving in Non IT industries are Retail, Engineering, Construction, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology etc. Position: Inside Sales Experience: 1 - 5 Yrs Job Location: Bangalore (NR Colony near Basavanagudi) Responsibilities - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and other direct marketing channels by building continuous pipeline for deal closure - Run direct marketing campaign via phone / email to create awareness and sell services to prospects - Prepare and send information to prospective customers after qualify all incoming leads - Understand customer needs, requirements and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure. Work with sales team to set appointments with highly qualified prospects - Close / meet sales quotas and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual call / appointment / opportunity goals - Research target companies / accounts, identify key players and generate interest - Maintain, expand and manage database of prospects / leads, information and other activities - Provide accurate updates and forecasts of lead progression / status Requirements: - Proven 1 - 5 years of phone and email based inside sales experience - Should have experience in selling services in B2B environment - Experience in working for Indian / Middle East markets - Strong phone presence and high energy with capacity to make high volume of calls on a daily basis - Success in telesales prospecting and developing new business opportunities - Experience working in CRM systems and Microsoft Office - Track record of over-achieving quota - Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to create rapport over the phone / email - Outstanding follow up and attention to detail - Strong prospecting skills and ability to uncover opportunities in an aggressive market by identifying customer requirements and providing recommendations / solutions - Excellent business writing, communication, phone and presentation skills - Ability to work independently as well as contribute in a team environment - Strong listening and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively - Experience in preparing call scripts to target B2B contacts with specific role based messaging is a plus - Consistent record of overachieving sales quotas and goals - Any degree or equivalent - Domain experience in any / few of the below preferred * RPO * Recruitment * Corporate Training * Internet / Ecommerce * IT Software The package and opportunity: - Competitive fixed salary, variable salary, incentive and benefits - Friendly environment and informal working culture - Close relationship with promoters of the company - Tremendous learning ambience and vertical career growth / progression.
